Snow Goose hunt
« on: December 21, 2016, 11:06:34 AM »
This opportunity will be for a morning hunt till 11 with myself on a private field for snow geese in Skagit county. You'll need a snow goose harvest card. I want to provide this opportunity to a youth hunter and their parent/guardian. I will cover the cost for the field and provide all the decoys. I cant be too certain on the date yet until I know when the geese are in the field so, it may mean a couple days notice or a day notice. To enter please have your youth hunter write a short paragraph about what they enjoy about the outdoors and include a picture of them out hunting.  I WILL PICK THE WINNER CHRISTMAS DAY

Awesome!
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

We've put 82 geese on the ground in 6 trips with vets we took out.
Heres a video of one hunt I got from go pro's.

Congrats to the young man and some fine shooting by the looks of it. And thank you Duckgtr for offering this up. Perfect example for why I should check in here at HW more often as I would have entered my daughter. Those of you who offer up these youth hunts are keeping our sport alive. Thanks again.
