It looks to me like only carp and bullfrogs are legal to take with a bow and arrow. Anyone else see anything differently in the regs? When I have sent questions to WDFW for clarification, they usually get back to me within a day or two - might be worth doing before you go out.

Pretty sure there are a few others in specific spots that are legal.
