Go figure we discuss this and today I get to the job sight (140 acres) and had two yotes cross the road i lip squeaked them back to the truck from 200 yards and no weapon on me!

Thanks ! Had to pull my swim through cages for otter because some coho salmon are still running and that's all I'm catching there but it's pretty easy you open one door and they just swim out like nothing happened

Only got 6 out right now . I pulled that cage because that was the 2nd cat caught there ! This weekend I'm going to try and get out another handful up in another river valley cause I don't want to screw next years catch

I keep getting asked what's up with the yellow rubber duck in the traps . Well i started putting them in as just a curiosity for the cats and most of the time they will chew the hell out of them ! I just get them at the dollar store they may do absolutely nothing but why not it seems to not spook them

Thanks it's been a good year for a lot of people! I took a couple weeks off to just take a break but I've got a double handful of cages out now again , going to try and catch a few more and call it good come the first of March
