Has anyone used Silvana Meats?http://www.silvanameats.comAre there others near or in Seattle that you like?
Linds meats in Kent. They do good work although i havnt been to him for almost 8 years since i moved up north
If you feel like making a drive a friend of mine does all our animals, cut, double wrapped, labeled, burger, summer sausage, breakfast sausage, jerky, pepperoni etc. He is a butcher by trade for a grocery company but has a nice setup at home to do it, and he is very reasonable. He uses the money to pay for his hunting trips, a little extra cash on the side. Like I said, a bit of a drive from Seattle but should anyone in the south end need a good butcher he is in south Puyallup area.
