I have one but have had trouble getting any sort of reading beyond 800 yards or so...  Should I be able to range a stop sign at 1k with it?  I assume it would have to be on a really stable rest to range at that distance?

i would return it. I can ping a stop sign at over a mile off hand almost instantly

Wow sounds just like the old leica 1600-b at twice the price.   Weird.  Does have bluetooth which is cool though.

Update: bought a Leupold 1200i DNA. Just couldn't leave leupold really like their company and customer service

I played around with one the other day at work. Hit 839 yards a few times. I was impressed with how instant it was. I'm going to get one i think, unless there is a better option in the same price range.
