I don't think anyone is upset about him not making clothes for one group or another.....I think they are just alil shocked he called fat guys and women uninsperational.....

I think he just did it to get another 15 minutes if fame.....seems he has to do something every 6  months to get attention....

You read what you want to read.....

serious question here.
does your wife wear any lulu lemon?
owner of that company is the same if not worse.
he has basically been quoted saying his clothes aren't made for fat women, and he also claims that he made the name lulu lemon because he thought it would be funny to hear Japanese people try to pronounce all of the "L"s in the name.  no joke.
I'm not saying your wife is like this, but it is so funny to me how many times I have heard women/girls talking about boycotting brands, politicians, etc because of chauvinistic tendencies, all while wearing lulu lemon  :chuckle:

Kuiu and Lulu are not the only companies that do this, when was the last time you saw a fat chick in a nice pair of 7 for all mankind premium denim jeans?  :chuckle:  They are just the only two that don't have a problem saying so. Like I said earlier I don't have a problem with them saying it. I think with our latest President Elect in office you are going to see more of this and the snowflakes are just going to have to toughen up a little.  :hello:
Start handing out safety pins to the snowflakes.  :chuckle:

By buying his product and proudly wearing his brand you are approving of the individual just like prancing around in a Hillary shirt.

What's wrong with supporting his product. He spoke his mind and maybe hurt some feelings. Who cares. Geez people are sensitive these days.

Yup..this thread and forum seems to have a bunch of crybabies that want participation trophies.

Lots of butthurt in this thread.. I have worn everything in the field from jeans and T shirt, USMC issued trousers and blouse, to Sitka, First Lite and KUIU. KUIU for me is the best gear followed by First Lite.

If you don't like the gear stick with what works for you and don't buy KUIU, pretty simple. I've spent enough time in the field in crappy clothing that I know how important high quality stuff is.

It's just the standard argument these days. Instead of addressing the message, people attack the messenger. It's easier and you don't have to prove anything, just throw out the accusation. It's the same thing as throwing out the race card, the "you're just jealous" argument, and so on.

If this thread had more pictures of women in Kuiu then perhaps it would help.
 :yeah:

The butt hurt individuals are the same ones that wore their Kuiu to work today.

If you need to dress your woman like a hunter when she isn't hunting she probably isn't a hunter.
Note: Riding around in the truck listening to country music doesn't count.

I wear Kuiu... but that comment definitely makes you shake your head even as a supporter of his company. I wish some more of his their products came in Small sizes, then he wouldn't need a women's line in my opinion. Oh well. I'll keep piecemealing my wardrobe together with a mix of companies as I (and most woman hunters) always have.

The only problem with men's small is the leg length for some women.

At least the waist or circumference would be more manageable. I'd rather have the option to tailor than no option at all.  :twocents:

This is why my girlfiend wears Kryptek, First Lite and King's.
Plus, I'd personally rather give my money to those companies anyhow, because their owners don't give the impression that they are insecure, narcissistic A-holes.
