Look into seattle rifle and pistol out at machias. Should be taking applications next month.  Can take you on a tour or pm me if you have ?s. The website is pretty thorough. Also marysville has a range.

The wait list is 2 years at Marysville.  They may have public shooting hours, but I'm not sure.  I'll be joining SRPA this year.

The link works, but the website is not comprehensive.

Marysville is open to the public on Thursdays only. There is another range out on Eby island that is open to the public, but they close sometimes in the winter/spring due to flooding.

If you don't mind driving a couple hours, NCW Gun Club in East Wenatchee has a lot to offer for a very minimal membership fee.  We put on a fair number of matches there as well.
