2017 season
« on: January 17, 2017, 12:17:16 PM »
Hey guys, I've been a lurker on the forum for a few months now. I'm from New Mexico, hunted the hell out of the Gila and many other areas of the state. I fairly recently moved up here, and have been doing my fair share of research and scouting. I've got my own plans for hunts this year, but I want to get out more here in WA. That being said, I'm going to put this out there now... If anyone is looking for a buddy to hunt with, or another strong back to help pack an animal out, let me know. I'm typically a pretty solitary guy, but I know from time to time its nice to have another guy with you when you have have to pack a bull however miles back to the trailhead.  I'm primarily a bowhunter but I've got no problem slingin lead, so if you're looking for a partner to hunt with or just go play in the woods with, you know where to find me!

Welcome aboard ckr117, just a suggestion, but you might go to the "Virtual Campfire" and tell us about yourself in the "Introductions" thread.

Thanks! I think I did that back when I made an account, but I could be wrong. I'll check on it.

Sounds like you are primarily interested in elk as you said bull
The only man who never makes a mistake, is the man who never does anything!!
The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.
