at 30 in you need a 31 in arrow, from either bow the 300 spine is the arrow.. so yes you can use one arrow.......
I have always used a arrow one inch longer then the draw length.. as does the shop down here.. and your right from 59-63 with a 125 the 340 will be fine at 30 in.... but from 64-up the 300 would be the arrow to go with.. so if both bows were set at 65+ the 300 would work for either at 30 or 31 in
Ok well at this point you will need 2 different shafts... At a shaft lenght of 29.5" with a 125 gr head you will want a 340 spine for the 60 lb bow, and a 300 spine for the 70 lb bow...

I would disagree with this for the most part, I shoot the 340 Full Metal Jackets at 28" exclusively with 100 gr. Broadheads. I shoot a 55-70 Martin Slayer Extreme. It does not make any difference whether I am on the low end or high end, my bow will not shoot anything but 340s and stay consistant. I have tested the 300s and 400s and found erratic flight with them. Unless 29.5 make a difference, I would not think 2 shafts is necessary.
