Carter 2 Moons release... adjustment help

I was just telling someone today how a verbal discription on a mechanical device, to me, is like reading a different language! However, a video of the same makes it easy. I just bought the Carter 2 moons back tension Release and cannot, for the life of me, figure out WTH they are talking about regarding adjusting the stupid thing in the directions! Perhaps I'm not a smart man (insert Forest Gump voiceover here) but does anyone have a video of adjusting this release?
