Suppresor is removeable. I don't know anything about it other than it's a Rainier Arms lower and a Sig Romeo4 optic. It's pretty cool. All paperwork, permits, stamp, whatever are all legit and on the up and up.
Would love to have a suppressed ar but not yet willing to wade through the red tape and pay the crazy price for a suppressor. Maybe someday both will change.

Maybe someday both will change. I just bought a CAN through The Silencer Shop. They took care of everything. This is my first Can and it was $ 528 w/stamp. It was on sale. I put it in a TRUST too..
