I picked up a vx6 in 3-18x50 and am waiting for my 6.5 wsm to be finished up before I can test tracking.  I can say the glass is very clear, but the clicks are a bit mushy.  I will be comparing it to a swaro x5 3-18x50 on the other build.  It's a very light scope for what it is.  22-23 oz?  I don't think you can find a scope with better glass and same weight class for less than 1k.  Just need to run a box test and then we will see!

I have a couple of the vx6 1-6 cds with firedot.  Love them. On one power i can see the front site on my rifle in perfect focus.  Eye relief is great, and the fov is spectacular.  The 1x setting with firedot is like having a red dot.  Dial to 6x and i am good to 300.  I have one on a 458 socom, and another on a 450 dakota.  Will be putting another one on a 375 hh later this year.  I have another vx6 4-24 x50 on my 22.250.  Love it too.

I have 2 of the new VX-6's HD's both 3-18 one 44mm and one 50mm. Only had them out shooting once but so far love them. Tracking was perfect and the zero stop with the push button works great. Turrets are a little bigger than on the non-hd V6 and don't have that mushy feel in the clicks. Both with the T-MOA reticle. Light, simple to use hunting scopes is what I was looking for and these sure seem like they will be perfect for that.

If I should say the truth about what I think of most Leupold rifle scope, I would give the manufacturer an "A". I think they did their homework properly before engaging in the productions. I have been using Leupold VX-1 3-9X50 rifle scope, I have never had any qualms with it. Good at low light conditions and a good prize if compared to so many rifle scopes of it grades in the market which are hell expensive and they don't give the same durability it gives. Many of them even come with a 10-year warranty, but if I am not mistaking, Leupold comes with a lifetime warranty.
