I like my heart pre-sliced.  :chuckle:

I like mine sharply unplugged from the rest of the circulatory system, which is exactly what that shot does!

Pass.. if she's moving away from the herd, maybe they are following. If she's wandering away my herself, putting youself in between the herd bull in his girl could really tick him off, and you get to schwack the bull.

Wait for the bull. If your buddy is a buddy, he'll hook you up with freezer meat for helping you pack out his tasty 5x5.

If it's a permit hunt I'd wait for the bull, if otc then being that late in the season I'd shoot the cow. I had similar situation in 2014, plenty of cow shots but ate my sp waiting for a bull. Everyone has a preference.

I am not known for killing trophy animals I am ok with that and would be tickled pink to shoot a cow with my bow. Heck I'd even shoot a cow ELK with my bow :chuckle:. Seriously I don't often pass up good shots on legal animals.

Most 3d targets show the kill zone as too far back, it's bad to practice that way, IMO.
But I would take the cow for sure.

I am not taking a cow when I have a bull 60 yards away.  If she busts me I am going to scream a serious challenge and run forward while my buddy thrashes the brush.

buglebrush, that's exactly how we killed this bull here! Getting aggressive instinctively can pay off, it takes very quick thinking!
