just booked my mule deer hunt  :IBCOOL:  John Cole Outfitters out of Oregon
Any one on here ever hunted with him  I hear nothing but good things

You're in for a great hunt.  Good guy, as is his son, who guides many of their muley hunts.

Few local guys here I know hunt elk with them every few years and do pretty good.

Several years back I tagged along there as a non hunter with my Dad, who was there for a cow elk hunt when he was in his late 80's. John and his guides did a great job and we did see some really nice mule deer bucks.  I don't think you will be disappointed.

I looked up that outfitter.. Looks like they take some nice deer. I hate when outfits don't list their prices though
