Does any body no were to find a muzzle brake that fits the ruger american 7mm mag thanks

It depends on if the barrel is already threaded or not.  If threaded you'll need to find a brake that matches the the thread diameter and pitch, if not threaded you'll need to pick a brake first and then have the barrel threaded to match the brake.

While picking a brake you'll need to determine what specifically you want to achieve.  The bigger the brake and baffles the more it'll reduce recoil but the louder it will be, you'll also want to consider if it vents gas in every direction or only to the side so that you don't create huge clouds of dust while shooting prone.
