I want to swap out my boots, my current boots are stiff and support well but are loud. I typically will get back 5-10 miles on roads and trails. So once back there I don't want to ruin a stalk with my boots, any recommendations? 10.5-11 W.Gloves, light/lighter weight and water proof. Something for those nasty wet western WA days of late elk / deer. They don't need to be camo, green or brown would be just fine. It seems most everything is heavy and insulated
I've seen people talk about Mechanix gloves for huntin, and I always thought they were kind of gimmicky for car work. Until I tried them for a winter brake job. I'll them a go this year.
