Wow.. looks like they are on board with a lot of changes!!!
Some highlights?
1. Re importation of Garands and 1911's etc! ( Number 3 )
2. Possibly ending the 1989 Bush - Era "assault weapons" ban on imports?? ( number 6 )
3. Taking silencers of the NFA registry! (number 8 )

That is an incredibly logical white paper with a minimum of bureaucratic mumbo jumbo. Kudos to Mr. Turk, based only on this white paper (I know nothing about him), he would be a pretty viable candidate for an appointed ATF director.
