10:00 MST Monday.  WY sticks with the schedule.

Groundhog month screws me up every time. Maybe backdoor will post Monday.  Bet the guides have the list by now.

Are you saying the only way to get results right now is to backdoor a guide?

I just tried "Wyomings" back door, my name wasn't on the list but nobody's was.
I Googled wyoming back door and got a vastly different website  :yike:

I've sent two guides emails asking if they would let me know if they see my name on the list, I'm pretty sure they can't tell but what the heck, gotta try.  So far my name is not on the backdoor list.

Received a reply from one of the Wyoming guides, they said they don't get the info first, they find out the same time we do is what they said. Good luck guys, we are damn close now!

Colorado and New Mexico, both elk.

Colorado was a great hiking and back country experience staying out a week living out of the backpack with bugling bulls and super brushy country.  A muzzy hunt that I would definitely do again just not the same unit.

NM was modern and up at 11,000 plus feet.  Connected on a nice 6 x 5 herd bull on day 2, day 1 was spent helping my partner with his he connected on 10 minutes into opening morning.  NM was a wilderness hunt where we split up going in 2 days before the season opened to locate and each of us located elk so we remained solo.  I think going forward I will post stories on future out of state hunts here on hunt-wa.
