If drawn for Monroe or Skagit, are there any costs involved in obtaining the maps and lock keys/combos?

Stang seems to be the man with the Monroe tag he's drawn twice and killed twice.  I've been with him both times so maybe its just some leprechaun luck.

For the Monroe unit it's location location location . If you spend more then just time during the hunting season in there you will have real good success
