First Lite Customer Service

Thought I'd throw up a data point.

I had a set of Allegehny Bottoms where the seams around the ankle were coming undone. I exchanged two emails to report the issue and send a photo of the issue and received an authorization for return. A week after I sent the first set in I had a brand new set delivered.

Top notch work ladies and gentlemen.

I should have did this with my red rock boxers I wore three times and got a hole.  Next time!
