As soon as temps rise a little more and these rivers clear up I'm sure we'll fill up this thread. But for now, here's a pic of my new ride for 2017.

April-August best time is the spawn when they are more in the shallows and on the surface. That all depends on water temp and etc.

The spawn is definitely behind. May-June should be killer this year. It will also depend on how much the water level fluctuates this year with the excessive runoff. The WBA is hosing a tournament at potholes on April 22 out of Mardon. Info is posted on the Washington Bowfishing website. It's a great way to meet new people and see new gear. It's only a "Big 10" also so it should be easy to compete at any level.

My brother in law, nephew and I hit em memorial weekend at banks lake. They were thick! My first time bowfishing. I got about 12. My nephew got 8-10. Bro was skunked. Had a great time. Now I am hooked.
