I was thinking of trying sika flex or something, thanks.

Silas flex if you wanna hold in place for a few days :chuckle: dowel it and epoxy! Half hour job, :twocents:
That seems to be the general consensus on here. The break is in a good spot-under the end where the horn spreads out. Several of the suggestions have been for something metal. Would a wood dowel be the best thing?
Wood or metal pin used as a dowel is what I would suggest for added strength.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

You can use a nail as a drill bit, and it fits perfect! Drill it cut it with some Dikes ( no offense intended) and you have a dowel!

A good quality gel super glue will take the stress of a ten pound R/C boat hitting a rocky shore at close to 60 miles an hour and not break, the wood will shatter and rip but the glue holds, Yes I know this from experience. Most epoxies will also hold but discolor over time, super glue doesn't discolor.

You can get all thread at hardware store drill hole cut to length use apoxy. Depending on how good you want the finished ptoduct you can get apoxy sculpt from taxidermy supply stores to blend for a perfect transition to hide/fill the crack and paint to match.

Appreciate everyone's advice. It wasn't a trophy or anything, just a nice 2 point blacktail. I was pretty bummed when I did it though. Thanks.

If it were me, I'd sand both ends down so they'll be flush and then apply clear loctite.

I'm guessing that the glue and activator that I posted would hold a 2 point blacktail antler just fine. I use it on arrow inserts and fletchings.

Should be able to hold.
