I've seen your YouTube video before while searching for blacktail videos.  Great you're on this site!  Keep at it - love BIG blacktails!!

Thanks, Bow. Good to be here. This site has grown. I hope to meet folks like yourself.

"love BIG blacktails" - Being a Montana boy, I never thought I'd dig these shallow forked, jungle dwellers as much as those high desert muleys and whitetails. But, as ghost-like and handsome as these blacktails and Roosevelts are, how can you not be a fan? Right?
May the morning silence be broken with the wisp of vanes trailing blades to their mark.

Great pics, have an idea where this is. Had the privelege about 15 years ago to work on a site bordering an area outside Bellevue during the rut. In one field I saw two 5x5's, a 4x4 and several 3x's. Too bad there's no hunting in that area, but it's cool to see them and know they contribute to the population.

While I was attending BCC I routinely saw prints in the dirt around the new construction area but never actually saw any deer. It's amazing where blacktails can live and still remain out of sight for the most part
