One eye or both open?

How many of you shoot with one eye open and the other closed vs having two eyes open? I've always been a one eye kind of guy. I thought I'd try both eyes open this afternoon for some giggles and actually shot pretty good at thirty yards, however if I continue shooting this way it will take some getting use to. Just thought I'd ask and see how everyone else shoots.

Both eyes, my dominant eye takes over, and to me anyways, seems like less eye strain

I used to both eyes open but after Lasik my left is dominant over right and vision slightly better in left so I am a pirate mostly.  I can say both is a big advantage for many reasons if you can do it.

Both eyes open while getting on target.  Then I drop down to the dominate eye right before I begin the release.

 Both open, better depth perception, but I shoot instinctualy off the self. Nobody closes one eye when they throw a baseball.

You can see everything going on around you to start!  Also when you drop down on scope its easier to find your target in scope and to switch views between eyes instantly.  Easier to see your arrow flight as well.  Split seconds things but it does matter and is noticeable.

Figure out what eye is dominant.  If you shoot right handed and are left eye dominant  you better close the left eye .........like me lol
