I have watch it and do enjoy it.
Great job denali. I want to try a double cube twist. Just moved and I don't have my smithy setup yet. Going threw withdrawals bad!

Waiting on a piece of equipment to show up and that didn't pan out. So I decided to dive in to my forge build

I have it all built. Got to hook up my burner tomorrow at some point and get a test fire roaring in it

I'll post some pics in another thread, when I get a chance.

Also got a quench tube build today to.

I contacted Steve at Incandescent-Iron, he doesn't have a class until Aug, so he gave me two names to check with and I'm chatting with David at Morgan-Jade.  His are $160 for an 8 hour day.  I also have a good friend who lives near me who has been doing this for a while and has agreed to teach me what he knows.  He's an old SERE instructor, so he likes to teach.

I'd love to join ya with David, that's very cheap for an eight hour class. What does the class cover?

Here is David's e-mail.  blacksmithdavidmji@gmail.com  I asked him for the Intro to Black Smithing class.  He does 2 to 3 days depending on what I want and what I need.  I told him I would not be able to start until after spring bear over in Idaho was done, I'm just too busy for the next 3 or 4 weeks.  He said not problem.  I'm headed down to the Tri-Cities tonight to buy a 140# Kohlswa anvil and a post vice.
