hey i could shoot a coon with a bow or pellet gun in no shooting zones correct? besides you dont even need a gun, just climb the tree throw the coon out and let the dogs handle the rest :chuckle:

It is going to depend on the "zone". Some state no shooting of any kind. Not even a bb gun.

Houndhunter, If we cant use anything but to get Coon down, just simple use Sawchain cut off the Tree down in the middle of night.  :chuckle:

this is just what a few brave souls did in the old days to get more points in the competitions, you get more points if you bring a coon in alive so i'd say its actually better than shooting them in the eyes of an anti. no need for you or anyone else to get there hair in a knot about it

Actually, I was talking about purposely tossing the live coon to the dogs to "handle the rest".  My point was that this image, dogs shredding a coon, or whatever, is an image that shouldnt be shared.
