This year they are saying more people applied than licenses available so not quite a guarantee anymore.
Why do you have to apply for an over the counter tag?

Neither, bandsman. I'm putting in for an antelope tag this year, and from reading the regs, I though I'd be able to buy a B permit for deer to try to fill my freezer. Glad I found out now.
