Tuna Salad, How Boring!

BBQ Albacore tuna loin with a honey mustard glaze. Pickled Huckleberries and blue cheese. Yes there is a rule that seafood and cheese should never go together. But rules are made to be broken.

Tuna melts are my go to when I didn't plan anything to eat. Tuna/melted cheese is awesome.

Speaking of tuna melt. Did some olive oil poached tuna, or tuna confit if you want to call it that. And some French onion soup. You're right tuna melts are really good.
