and compound bow archery:
a. It is unlawful for any person to hunt
big game animals with a bow that

b. It is unlawful to hunt big game
animals with any arrow measuring less
than 20 inches in length or weighing
less than 6 grains per pound of draw
weight with a minimum arrow weight
of 300 grains.




Does that measure from tip of breadhead to tipof knock?

That is a good question. Never thought about it I'd like to here the answer too

From what I have heard from some Trad sites. its form the bottom inside of the knock to the base of the point, I believe. Squid

Probably best to ask D-rock on this. I'm told his draw length is similar to Verne Troyer.

Depends on WDFW definition of what a arrow is..

To me it takes 3 parts to become a arrow

knock-shaft-broadhead

Therefore I would think that it would measure from the tip of the broadhead to the end of the knock.

a quick Google search came up with this.

Correct arrow length is measured from the bottom, inside of the nock groove (deepest point where the string goes into the nock) to the cut end of the shaft. See Easton Tuning Guide, page 15 for illustration. Visit the downloads section for free download of the Easton Tuning Guide.
