I like the looks of that

The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.

Check out the Mustang I just posted in the classified For Sale thread. This thing is a blast to drive, kinda like a street legal go cart.

OH ya - I sort of forgot to provide the mustang pics I promised.
Well, it came to me like this.
Amazingly, it was mostly free of rust. Just a little surface rust in a few places.

It is a '66. It was wrecked when it was new. There were basically not parts available except for '64 1/2 wrecking yard stuff and it was sectioned in the RT rear the old fashioned way.
Then years later, it was hit down the RT side and the front half of the RT qtr was sectioned. Again - '64 1/2 parts used but those are the same as the '66.
I was given a Chinese qtr to put on it. That was no fun at all!

My mother's husband wanted a modified front valance. In AZ, you don't have to have a front plate.

This was the first rust-free Mustang I've ever worked on except for new ones years ago. I tried to see if the number stamp on the fender would bring up any history but I don't remember what I found.

And if you have a purple Mustang, you need a purple dash inside the car.

Here she is headed back home to AZ. Sorry officer - Ford didn't make a place to attach a front plate on this car.  :hello:

Glad to see some projects being done!  Thanks for all the pictures.  Keep'em coming!!

I got to see my mother's Mustang again and it's almost done now. They only have a few bugs to work out yet. The heater core was leaking and my left foot discovered it via the hot coolant.
