It is better to be consistently incorrect than inconsistently correct...

Sarcasm: The ability to insult stupid people without them realizing it.

My level of sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity...

Sarcasm makes smart people laugh and stupid people mad.

Saw this 1948 Tucker this weekend,  fuel injection, rear engined, 120 mph.  Watched the Jeff Bridges movie “Tucker” that evening.  Pretty Impressive.

Making progress!

Deck lid gaps are dialed and new quarter/tail panel are ready to be permanently attached

One fender ready to fit the new one (ran out of argon so I started on the front end one night)
Car should be ready for epoxy in 2 weeks if everything goes as planned between now and then!

Got her in epoxy last week, starting filler/primer/sanding tomorrow! Should be in paint in 3ish weeks. Also picked up wheels from powder coat, they should look killer with the same color rally stripes over the metallic black!

Laying down color this weekend. Had a couple of weeks of not much progress that pushed the schedule but it will be a big relief to get out of “paint jail”. Dash and wiring start next. Will go for headliner in a couple of weeks and seats are getting dropped off today!

Would be great to be doing this in a shop rather than a tent though
