Deer multi season question

I'm trying to put in as a group leader with my dad.  But it wont let me.  I thought we could now put in as a group.  WTF.  Did anyone put in as a duo?  If so how.

my friend just tryd to and couldnt either. i dont think it applys to the multi season apps.

according to the wdfw you can put in as a group of 2.

Multi-Season Permit Application
Deadline is February 28
Hunters are reminded that the deadline for purchase of Multi-season Permit applications is February 28, 2009.  Applications are automatically submitted once purchased.

There is another part of the website that says you do have to submit them though, so I did it anyway.
