I've been in the woods for 7 days straight in 121 and have seen NO bear sign .

I've been in the woods for 7 days straight in 121 and have seen NO bear sign .

I'm curious if the burn will have driven some out or if they returned to their typical den areas. I have areas that I've seen several but not even a track yet.

I've had two baits out for 8 days, not one bear visit so far, no tracks and no fresh poo found.

we saw 3 on Saturday in 121.  All of them around 2200 - 2500 ft elevation.  working the green up on skidder trails.  I rounded the corner and came face to face with a nice cinnamon bear. 
The lazy do not roast any game, but the diligent feed on the riches of the hunt.
