adreniline rush?

ive never hunted with a bow but i have heard that it is by far a bigger rush in the field then hunting with anything else. is there any truth to this. im not a yuppie that just thinks i can strap up a shooting glove and go bow hunting. i know it takes practice and tons of time and work to get a shot with sucess. but i know that 90  percent of the time its a failure. im jst wondering is that effort and work really worth it.

Same rush if you limit your rifle shots to 50 yards! (Seasons and pressure make that hard.)

It is a rush!!! Just like with any type of hunting pratice is the key and knowing when to limit your self on shots.

poor phool his moose lost his antlers sometime between the night before and the morning of its death and he cant find em speaking of a lot of the snow is dissapearing down here in Idaho how are things looking for your shed hunting party phool?

Yeah, and you have to re-learn how to hunt, if you are a riffle hunter.

Bow hunting can be frustrating at times, you have to expect that. But when it all comes together it is amazing. You don't even have to shoot something to have an amazing time. Two years ago I had an elk walk right up to me. I could have extended my finger out and touched her. That was as memorable as the day I shot my bull that year. I have been within 10 yards of elk so many times, I still shake like a leaf every time it happens. It's extremely addictive. Must be the adrenalin rush. I got none of that last year when I shot my bull with my rifle, don't get me wrong it was fun, and I'll do it again if I don't get one with my bow. Elk are good eating. When you take up bowhunting, don't get discouraged if you don't get something right away, when you do there's nothing like it. I am usually by myself, so this is the best picture I have of this bull. Shot him at 8 steps just after he bugled, I can still remember it like it was yesterday.
