Not sure where people see "submit" anywhere.  I bought my Apps online, in special hunt summary though it says not submitted, and looking thru menu's I have not seen a way to submit anything beyond purchasing the app itself.

The deadline to submit them was March 31. If you intended to apply as an individual, your application will be submitted automatically. The option to submit them is available for those wishing to apply for points only, or to submit a group application.

I called WDFW about this yesterday. They said the "not submitted" thing is wrong and misleading. Mine says that and they told me I am in the draw for sure.

I didn't! I was so fixated on whether I was even in the draw. Just thanked the lady profusely and got off the phone.

How do you buy the application?  I can't find the option in the system.
