This may sound like a stupid question, but are there a lot of wolves in Washington? I've never lived in Washington.. Have any of you ever ran into them while hunting? Thanks.
Great question, a few of us have seen them while hunting. What we notice more is
What we are not seeing as much of anymore..

Got it... Are there particular areas where Wolves are or would it be pretty common to see them throughout the state?

Lots in the northeast corner, some in the southeast corner and with there range you could find them anywhere in the region.  It would not be common to see them at all

What's the big deal? My dog will roll in every stinking rotten fish, mouse or squirrel that he finds. That dude has obviously greased his hair with a dead beaver or something. Maybe his head smells liked tuna...

It's not new, news anymore in the Methow valley, folks see a wolf and it's like no big deal. On the other hand a big herd of deer is ten head.

And now wolf recipes are common knowledge in the Okanogan and shared widely.
