New mexico has no bonus pts and only 6% of tags can go to non residents. Up to 12% can go to outfitters. So drawing can be difficult.

Make sure you get on the other forms too, like rokslide, MM, etc. you should have no problem getting info from previous tag holders. Are you driving down from Washington? Man that's a long way.
