The magpie picture reminds me of how much I miss the East Side.  Only time I ever see them is when I go over to my kids place in Ione.  For some reason they just don't like the wet side either.  Glad you got your camera set up going.

Good Pictures.  I have had a camera out for nearly two weeks and no pictures(camera works fine).  Can't believe that someting has not walked by yet.
It never changes, but it is always different.

Bummer Gramps!  I put mine out a couple of days ago and put some corn out but the snow is still knee deep and I could not make it as high as I wanted to since I did not bring my snowshoes, so I highly doubt I'll have any photos...maybe some birds.  I am going to move it once all the rain stops in a couple of days.

Gramps,

Make sure you walk by your camera and verify it works.  I had one camera I had to redo a bit. It worked fine for 600 pics or so and all the testing. When I went to pick it up I noticed it wouldn't take a pic. Apparently, the lens clearance was just a little too close. It was taking pics when I left it, but when I came back, the lens was not able to extend all the way.  I am not sure if the cold caused it or what.  I always check to make sure my cameras are working when I leave them and when I pick them up.

:)  I removed my camera last night, had 4 photos, three single shots of magpies and this one.  It poured the last couple of days so I was anxious to see if I had any leaks, nope none.
