Wyoming preference points

Ok quick question about the preference point system in Wyoming if I were to put in for a hard to draw region and not get drawn I would get 1 point for not being drawn and if I were to do that and also buy a preference point would I end up with 2 points at the end of it for one season?

Nope 1 point per year is all you can get by applying for apps.

Ok thanks I was looking at something on there and in the box it said application 14$ license 320$ or something and then preference point 40$ for deer so that's why I was thinking maybe you could build 2 points a year if you bought the whole bundle
