 Looks tasty. I've been messing around with different recipes after the Apple pie I made. Tried a Pineapple Coconut recipe that went straight down the drain after sitting for a month. And have a Cherry pie version that'sbeen sitting for a month , opened a jar last night and pretty sure it's getting dumped also.
The cherry could be tried with coke... cherry coke with a kick?

That's what my wife said. I just think it's not sweet enough , tastes kind of like Cherry cough syrup

I think the coke would solve that, or just add more sugar. I know with the Kaluha we made it was best if it sat several months.

You should have saved the pineapple coco nut to add to pina colada mix.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

The Pineapple Coconut was just plain disgusting.

ran another batch today...as far as the "peach juice" walmart has 1/2 gallon jugs of white grape/peach juice that tastes like peaches...that's what i used.  Basically 2 gallons of that juice plus 12 cinnamon sticks, 6 cups of sugar ...simmer this for about 45 mins then put in 45 oz of sliced peaches with heavy syrup for another 20 mins.  You won't need to really strain the concoction just lift out the peach slices and cinnamon stix.  add 2 fifths of peach schnapps (mine was 21 %) and i added almost another 1/2 gallon of 184 proof homemade corn squeezins. take the peach slices that you simmered in the mixture and put them in jars before you fill them up (2-3 slices per quart)  i ended up with 12 1/2 quarts of heaven.  as you can see in the pics the peach slices that are floating weren't simmered in the mix (ran out of those and they remained in the bottom of the jar) so just took some out of a can of sliced---
