No input on the 7-300. Have you looked at the 28 Nosler?

Get a hold of Jeff Brozovich aka Broz over at Long Range Only. Broz has build several variations of the 7-300 win mag. From listening to a recent podcast I got the impression he was ultimately disappointed in the results and has fallen back to the standard 300 win mag.
Valid points - I am working on one now- I won't muddy this thread, but I will share results.
Just sticking a new barrel on ?
no, custom build. ti action, carbon barrel, hi comb stock, etc. has to upstage my duct tape special somehow

Other than a very high cool factor, it seemed like a VERY expensive build for only saving a few ounces.
Curious, why would you do a 7-300 over say a 7 STW? I know you can get Bertram brass for the STW and that seems to be pretty good stuff. What brass that's available for the 300WM is better than the 28 Nosler brass???
