Colock, for you I'd give a discount...only one arm, and maybe one eyeball just to make things interesting. ;)

Peaches Ridge is a good unit for quality bulls and would be my first choice. I am going to put in for peaches ridge(1st choice) if I get the multi season permit. I have 5 points and they give out a good number of archery tags. I just can't go back to the eastside for general season, I feel you have a better chance of harvesting a yeti than a spike on the east side :chuckle: Good luck on the draw, hope you get a masher!

Peaches is a good unit, but for archery I would possibly consider hunting the naches side.  It is steep and has been really logged over in the past years, but not so much on the naches side.

Plus the Little Naches isn't open to the general hunt.

The last time I drew Peaches Ridge  I got sent overseas during the season....blew my tags/points there.  I'm going to try for Multi-season this year and MAYBE put in for Peaches for branch antlers.  Last year i was hunting Peaches in general season and saw NICE bulls, lots of cows and ONE spike.  That spike and i played tag in the Steep-N-Deeps until the anti-hunting ORV knuckleheads started riding through.  They had a spotter up on Quartz with a radio, everytime I started to get close to the elk the spoter called the riders and they roared around up on the trails until the elk headed back into the deeps.

Ptui....was SERIOUSLY tempted to fill a KTM tag....

Partner and I spent a whole DAY up and down those hills and kept getting busted by riders...

Gah.

Deal but if you take my arm before the hunt you'll have to draw my bow back for me.   :)

I can't believe everyone talking about Peaches being a great hunt, it blows. Put in for any other unit but Peaches I wouldn't waste my points. It's full of quad hunters, call-shy bulls if you can find one, tweekers and Obama fans. Look elsewhere for a good elk hunt!

There must be 2 peaches units....last time I hunted it we didn't see another hunter for 6 days straight and had around 6-8 bulls working everyday.

I believe most of us are refering to Little Naches unit wich is part of the Peaches Rigde C hunt to the south of Peaches Ridge. Peaches Ridge consist of two units to hunr 336 and 346.

:liar:  Hmmm, is that because you have no points after drawing it a couple years in a row?
