Get on line to Cabela's.  That is where I had to go for primers.  I got shotgun, large rifle, and large rifle magnum, and magnum handgun.  They did have them 2 weeks ago.  Gettem while you can.

This reminds me of 16 years ago when Clinton first got elected.  I bought several thousand primers...and still have most of them.  (sorry large caliber primers)

They are out again, tried yesterday.   :'( :'( :'( :bash: :bash:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Do you have small pistol primers?  They will work for small rifle
Progressives are coming for your guns.
What are you going to do?

Well me, I do not have any guns, gave away or sold them 15 years ago.

Yes this is correct, However, be cautious of your loads as the pistol primers have a softer cup and cannot handle hot loads. I would recommend magnum pistol primers be used in a pinch but keep away from max loads.

A special note to AR15 reloaders. I have used the small pistol primers for 223 but be cautious of the primer dent you get on rifle primers from the firing pin striking the primer when the bolt closes, you could end up with a light hammer stike actually firing the round. Pistol primers are not recommended in the AR rifle or carbines.
Checkin' wind and makin' smoke.

White Elephant is out of small rifle primers too. Have been in 3 times in the last 10 days or so and they're dry. Lots of Large Rifle though. (Valley Store) FWW Cabelas, Joes, Sportsmans Warehouse, and White Elephant are all out.

I'm buying as many as I can afford as soon as I see them. I'm very tired of this.

Found em! :rockin: :rockin: :rockin: they want a fortune for them but they have them in stock Federal 205 match they are like $42 per 1000. Its a hell of a mark up but with todays market i guess the can get away with it. I bought 6000 for me and some friends. She also told me that they have the Wolf Primers but i didn't get a price on them.
