I have an opportunity to buy a browning citori 12 ga. 2 3/4 inch shotgun from a guy at work. Its in good shape and mid 80's vintage. I beleive its the upland model. Whats it worth? Thanks.....

need more info....

$800-1200 in great shape maybe? what chokes, hows the wood, hows the blueing? specifics about the gun.

shotgunworld.com, gunbroker.com, etc check to see what they are selling for...like they say, they are worth what people will pay for them.

how much does he want for it?

I bought a browning Citori 12 ga 3 inch chamber. It says "Special Steel" on the barrel. Its a pretty heavy gun. It was a in good condition, with some dings on the stock. And it only had Mod and full chokes. I paid 850 for it a shooter supply before it went out of business. :'(

But I'd say 800-1100 depending on what comes with it.
