Don't take this as a negative comment but man I wish these properties were in Idaho or Montana! Really nice pieces! I take it there are convenances and home owner dues?

There are some CCR's on some of them . No home owner dues other that $25 per month on water on some and $125 per year on others---for water. For Washington State they are nice properties. Here are pics of game from the 252 ac piece with the home on it--off grid--.
