This years batch!
Changed it up a little this year.
2 Apple Cider Jugs
2 Apple Juice Jugs
1 cup brown sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
after boiled.
dump in 2 bottles of 190 proof Everclear
and 1 bottle of Caramel Vodka (YUM)

I think a slice of tart granny Smith in the jar is the finishing touch to most of these recipes. 2c

About time to make up another batch as well. Need to get my hands on a couple more jugs of home grown corn, the stuff I've got left is too good to use for flavored stuff, smooth and clean, but sneaks up on ya quick!  :tup: Really wanting to get some nice fresh blackberries and try some blackberry stuff.

Didn't read back through this whole thread but just an FYI, Total Wines & More in Silverdale carries the 190 proof Everclear for $25 before tax.  Not sure when they started or if this extends to all TW&M or not.
