Part of the story looks like he got to close to the scope.  Hell of a buck though.
I've hunted almost everyday of my life, the rest have been wasted.

Looks like he still scared of another scope finding him. :chuckle: Seriously, though, that is a really cool old buck.

...The deer isn't really dead yet.  What you see in that picture is the deer winking ominously at the cameraman a split second before killing him AND finishing off the dude in the photo (that he had already worked over)... That buck has a cleverly hidden tattoo identifying him as a former member of an elite squad of the Arctic Underwater Ninja HALO Sapper-Sniper Spaceshuttle-Doorgunner's Animal Warfare Division... The film from the camera was recovered "Blair Witch Project" style from the woods near the photographer's home...

Damn shame these two stumbled across him...
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

The deer was trained by Jerry Springer's Hillbilly Ninja. I heard the deer used a few wicked judy chops to finish off everyone in the room.

I have to wonder if the dude had a shiner the next morning.
