It says before July 1st which is by the end of June in different word just like its always been. It could take to the end of june and it could be around the usual time.
I did hear you're more likely to draw OIL's as a group with the new system though.
Basically what he is saying it's all about the mighty dollar for the state. That is all they have in their vision.

I don't agree that they should be doing that, but I've heard in the past that they do. This year they did give one extra day to submit applications, but I'm guessing anyone who had purchased an application and still was unable to get it submitted for whatever reason, would be allowed to submit after the extended deadline. There are also those every year who wait until the last night to buy a hunting license and special permit applications for their child who just completed a hunter education course, and don't realize that a first time hunter cannot purchase a hunting license online, it must be done at a license dealer so they can verify that person's hunter education certificate. I'm sure there are plenty of other exceptions as well, to the application deadline.

Last minute applicants do delay the process. The new system, it sounds like, will be more efficient though. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
