No offense what's so ever, but hunting for 32 years and the last 4 years you can't even find a doe to shoot? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought youth can shoot either sex.

It's already been asked but I don't see where you responded so I'll ask again, why dont you just take him to Colville for a weekend during modern firearm and shoot a doe? There's a youth season that he doesn't need to draw a tag. Looks like this year it's Oct 14 and 15 and October 21 and 22. Go to the Colville national forest and you shouldn't have any issue finding a doe. Or ask any farmer over there for permission for your kid. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
He wants to use the (its for my sons first buck) to get himself on private land for a buck. Like everyone else.I dont think that hebis looking for a doe.....so i love the fact that everyone is advising it.
