sage rats in yakima area

does anyone have a lead on where i might be able to shoot these buggars over there? any public land over there for that?  i am looking for a way to do that or connect with a farmer and get permission to help out with the problem

Don't they go underground in the heat of summer? Shot thousands up Konowac Pass years past from March through June. They pretty much disappear in the heat....and tall grass.
